This case-law is the law in standing even today. The supreme Court decision plainly states that BOTH parents have to be citizens of this country to qualify the child as a natural-born citizen. Now like it or not, the law is not applied to only those that a majority of people want it applied to. Case law, which is what this is, will be applied to everyone. While many liberals and others in the administration want to believe it is only the birth certificate that establishes citizenship status, this case-law ruling plainly proves it is only part of the issue.

If this country is based on the rule of law, as our founding fathers intended it to be, we need to accept the laws as they are even if they are unpopular. This country allows for laws to be repealed if people disagree with them. In this situation however, it is going to take a Constitutional Amendment to change because the eligibility is a Constitutional issue. Keep in mind, if you want the law to apply to one, it will HAVE to apply to all.

As it turns out, the legal and current acting definition of the phrase natural-born citizen is cited in case-law. The case of Minor Vs Happersatt. This case was presented to the supreme Court of the United States in 1875. Just do an internet search for the case and read the decision for yourself. In the case natural-born citizen is defined as: any child born to parents that are native-born, natural-born, or naturalized citizens prior to the birth of the person running for the Presidential office.

The entire time the birth certificate has been a distraction to cover up the real issue. The liberals have called those that were pointing out the birth certificate birthers, while all along laughing because those that were pointing it out did not know what the true issue is. The Barry Soetoro legal team was not there to represent him. Neither was the defendant. Upon the beginning of the hearing on January 26th, the judge called the plaintiff lawyers to his chambers and advised them of him issuing a default judgement in the case.

The lawyers then asked for permission from the court to introduce evidence into the case for the record. According to Barry Soetoro himself in his book “Memories of my Father”, he admits his father was not ever a citizen of the United States. The Secretary of State for the Georgia has already advised that the office would abide by the Administrative Law Judges ruling. So we are now awaiting the judgement from this judge, either way he rules creates a crisis with our Constitution. Should he rule in favor of the plaintiff, then Barry is not on the primary ballot in Ga. for the super Tuesday primary. This could also include the general election ballot as well.

However, should the judge’s ruling go in favor of the defendant, then we have a crisis of the Constitution not being followed along with the rule of law being blatantly ignored in this country. This will also create a problem with Barry being a sitting president if he is ruled ineligible for the 2012 election. There is an ancient Chinese Curse that reads: May you live in interesting times. How appropriate that we owe the Chinese the debt we do, because it certainly appears as though we have been cursed.

My opinion is, if the media sensationalist are willing to publicize everything a movie star, sports figure, or politician has done in their private life, they too should be made to expose ugly facts about their private lives as well. Sensationalist, do not have the right to the first amendment in this matter if they are willing to violate other citizens rights to create a story. An example of what I am talking about was the Tiger Woods accident. While the incident itself was news worthy, and on public record to have happened, that did not give the media rights to invade the privacy of Tiger or his wife to enhance the story.

Like it or not, the political correctness, and the media sensationalism of stories needs to end. If these sensationalist are going to hide behind the first amendment, then perhaps they need to find another profession to practice. We live in an “as it happens” news world today, believe me, with as many sources as there are to get news from, the sensationalist with the media need to rethink what and how they are doing things if they want to keep a career going.

If Larry King had ever had to air any of his dirty laundry for everyone to hear about and witness, would he have been as successful as he was during his career? All anyone should be entitled to when it comes to news reporting is just the facts. That may be boring, and possibly non-profit making for a news outlet, but it certainly would be refreshing to see real journalism again.

When Herman Cain was accused of sexual improprieties, the media used that as a feeding frenzy, and then patted themselves on the back for “great journalism and reporting the facts”. Now that one of the candidates had the nerve to stand up to them, the liberals and the leftist media are upset about it? Personally, I think the liberals bit off more than they could chew, knowing they had a “smoking gun” in the interview with Gingrich’s wife that was to be aired later.

I find it very interesting however, that the interview that the media thought was going to be a bigger problem with Gingrich, is not getting as much coverage and publicity they thought it would. The response to the question that Newt made is getting more publicity. Finally, at least we have one republican candidate that has enough spine to stand up to the liberals. It will be interesting to see just how much this one incident will help or hurt Newt in the primaries. Only time will tell.

The liberals are going to blame everything they could not accomplish on the republicans. I find it odd how the republicans are willing to accept the blame, and not use what the liberals are doing to this country against them. Although not many remember this historical fact, this is exactly how the democratic party managed a 40 plus year reign of terror in the US Congress. Starting in the late 40s, the democrats did the exact same thing they are doing to day. They had control of only one house, and blamed their inability to pass legislation on the republicans. The American voters fell for it for more than 40 years.

Like sheep being lead to slaughter, the American public appear to be falling for it again. Could it be that the voters in this country are so dumbed down to have forgotten about history in this country? How many times do people have to be reminded that if you do not know your history you are doomed to repeat it? Don’t think for a minute that the democrats are not aware of history. The liberals have set this entire situation up starting with the midterm elections. Having been made aware of what was done in the 40s, I have watched them do what is going on like they were reading a play book.

Just like the history book, the American voters are falling for it again. The republicans have all the ammunition they need to win this presidential election, with the exception of a true conservative candidate. Barry Soetoro has passed the largest power grab legislation in this countries history. When will it finally dawn on the American public, there are millions of us, and only a few of “them”, meaning the ruling elite do not have the power they assume they have. Just because the voters elected them to office, it doesn’t mean they can’t be removed, either by ballot box or government overthrow!

Our founding fathers put the power to govern this country with the citizens of this country, not the elected ruling elite. We have a choice to make this year, allow our founding fathers to begin to rest again, or let this great nation they founded turn into everything they fought so hard to prevent from happening.

The 2 million citizen march that took place on 9/12/09 didn’t seem to get the message made to those that legislate our laws. I can’t help but wonder, what would they do if there were a 100 million man protest outside of the capital building in DC? For those of you that are worried about law enforcement, keep in mind, there’s not enough of them in the country to control 100 million people converging on DC. That mass amount would shut down traffic in about 6 states, all heading in the direction of Washington.

When the Constitution states “We the People of the United States” it specifies the US citizens, nobody else. Always remember, government or politicians carefully word what they say for a reason. They understand something the American people seem to have forgotten, whether accidentally or intentionally, words mean things! This is why a politician may sound like they are patriotic, but they have other motives behind what they say.

Now, it is time to prove to the 535 people of Congress, just what the power of the people mean. We are where they get the power to govern the country, it is not, nor has it ever been the government that has the power over the people. Personally, I believe the best day to do such a march would be Tax day, April 15th of this year. The same day government demands taxes are to be paid. Political correctness still has a strangle hold on this country. The race card is still a very valuable tool that politicians can use on the electorate, just like the wealth card. It’s not a matter of how much money you make, it’s the matter of how much money you are willing to give someone else that refuses to earn it. The race card is the same way. It doesn’t matter how much you do to treat people fairly, there’s always going to be someone who is such a deadbeat that they refuse to accept their own shortcomings for their current situation in life. It’s always someone elses fault they are where they are.

Mirrors no longer matter to these people. They refuse to accept they are the reason they have nothing to show for their life, it’s easier to blame someone else than it is to see the faults staring back at them in the mirror. During the Occupy Wall Street movement, there were people who said they wanted a living wage just simply because they were born in this country. When you point out that wasn’t what the founding fathers intended, they refer to their interpretation of the Constitution.

We have people who believe the Constitution is too difficult to understand. None of them seem to understand that the Constitution was written by men with a 5th grade education. These men were common men, they weren’t filthy rich, they were farmers and common laborers of the time. They had a dream, one that they felt would be carried out throughout the end of time for this country. Although history is written that the majority were plantation owners, there were those that had the interest of the country in mind, not their pocketbook.

I have said many times, “the Constitution says what it means, and means what it says.” Yet something that simple to understand is still confusing to many of the voters of this country. Throughout the industrial age in this country, if we had let government-run things we would still be developing the smelting process of steel. Too many people believe government is the solution for all of our problems in this country. We have a government today that is lusting for more and more power, and people who are willing to give up their God-given rights to government because they don’t want to be responsible for anything in their life.

Is this what we as a nation have finally turned into? Are we too lazy to say we can do things ourselves now? Where would we be without the inventions of Steve Jobs, and Bill Gates? If government were responsible for those innovations, we would not have gotten past the 8088 computers. Now I know I have mentioned more truth than the average reader can handle in this post. I hope that those of you that are not afraid of the truth are still reading. Keep in mind, those evil, greedy, rich that were publicized so negatively with the OWS movement, are also the same ones they were using technology from to promote their own movement, including bodily functions.

If you consider conspiracy theory as a truthful source of reference, I would suggest you stop reading at this point, what I am going to say is going to upset you to the point of not wanting to read further. Responsibility means you verify what you are being told, it means you don’t accept one source for information if there are other sources available. When it comes to legislation, there are many sources to verify what is in the legislation itself. Thirty to forty years ago you would have to write to a representative or senator to get the same information that is available today at our fingertips.

I find it very upsetting that conservatives today in this country, refuse to research anything that is publicized or spoken about on mainstream media or print. I am beginning to believe I am fighting a lost cause. People have told me that even though the NDAA legislation recently signed into law by Barry Soetoro doesn’t say the government can do what they are saying it says, it doesn’t stop the government from doing it anyway. Here’s a thought. Why would the government need legislation to do anything it wanted to do? If the intent of a piece of legislation is to take away God-given rights from the legal citizens of this country, the government would NEVER write a piece of legislation to enable it to happen. IT WOULD JUST DO IT!

There are several rules of warfare in play at anytime, one is to never let the enemy know your intentions. Others are to never let the enemy know your full strength, never give your enemy your exact location etc. If Americans are truly serious about restoring this nation to Constitutional rule, it’s time to accept the fact that government is never going to openly play it’s hand. We need to get the corrupt, greedy politicians out of office, and place statesmen in the offices that have only one special interest in mind at all times, their constituents.

Many people continue to say the ballot box is not the answer. I will tell you this now, armed revolution at this point is not either. We are a nation of people who are self-centered, arrogant individuals that still believe there is the letter I in the word team. As it stands, the only thing we have is the ballot box. So it’s time to deal with the crop we have sown for ourselves, and do what is needed to be done.

Now, lets look at how conservatives deal with their candidates. When the first sign of wrong doing or unethical behavior begins being brought out, it’s abandon ship and let the candidate sink or swim. If you consider yourself a conservative, it’s ok to disagree with a candidate and write him off. I have heard “conservatives” state that just because a candidate doesn’t have the same belief as they do on a couple of issues, they will not vote on that candidate. Really? I have to ask, are these people without sin themselves?

Yet these same people refuse to put their hat in the ring so they can have someone who believed exactly how they did, they won’t even vote for themselves. Until conservatism becomes a way of life, and people begin to live what they say they believe, the conservatives will continue not having representation. Conservatism is not an easy way of life by today s standards. It means being responsible, we all know how politically incorrect that is. It means keeping your word, being compassionate, making sure that your kids are educated with the truth, not being indoctrinated with lies and half-truths.

Conservatism is the largest political ideology in this country today. Yet very few of the people who proclaim themselves to be conservative, really have no idea what it means. We have to return to the rule of law in this country, even when it does not suit our agenda. Our founding fathers made it clear that the rule of law was meant for all, not just a selective few. We want less government, we want to make decisions for ourselves, we don’t need government to tell us what to think or do when it comes to our own personal lives.

For a matter of history sake, we have had a minimum of three central banks in the history of this country. Unfortunately, the present central bank is being backed completely by corruption and greed. Secondly, the politicians running on the GOP side are pandering to the criminal aliens that are in this country. Since when did the rule of law get ignored on this issue? If you are here illegally, you do NOT have the right to vote in nationwide elections, or any elections for that matter!

Personally, I feel this is an act of sedition and treason. Why aren’t the people of this country upset? Since when do we allow political correctness to override the rule of law? If there is hope for this country, we have to go back to the rule of law. Thirdly, when will the “temporary state of emergency” be lifted that we were placed under in 1933. Think I am not playing with a full deck? Check it out for yourself. This country was placed in a “temporary” state of emergency by Franklin Delano Roosevelt on March 9,1933. It has never been lifted.

Do NOT let the politicians tell you it has been. They will say that sections have been removed and that the state of emergency does not exist. If that were the case, the entire act would have been removed, it HAS NOT BEEN. There is a reason why it is still active. It gives unconstitutional powers to congress and the president. It goes back to the federal reserve. Although the Federal Reserve Act was signed in 1913, it was not put into effect until 1933.

We pretty much don’t have to ask why the liberals will not move to end these acts, it’s pretty obvious as to why they will not even consider them an issue. Do your research on the “War Powers Act of 1933″, then ask yourself, what war did this act effect. This country has been under the “rules of necessity” since FDR took office. Now you may ask why the Republican Candidates will not address these issues as well. Very simply put, it’s all about money.

Money is why the Federal Reserve has never been challenged nor has it ever been ruled on by the Supreme Court. So forget the song and dances you may see in the next several months. This is all done to continue the smoke and mirrors that have been used for the last 79 years. If there is any hope for our nation, these REAL issues will need to be resolved.
